NASA World Wind plugin

This plug-in adds multitouch support to NASA World Wind. A basic set of gestures is implemented in this plug-in. By using a pinching gesture, the user can rapidly zoom in, zoom out or rotate the camera view. The plug-in relies on Touchlib and a Component Object Model (COM) based C# wrapper.
